Grace and peace to you and yours in our Lord.

We just finished our yearly Week of Increase in Branson. The Lord met us so wonderfully. He is so very good to us. (If you missed it, you can view the service rebroadcasts at moorelife.org, under Word Supply.)

Our featured series this time is "Faithful to Finish." (Click the Featured Series box on the website.) In it, we ask the question, "Is it too early to think about finishing?" This life here on earth is very, very brief. "...For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away." (James 4:14)

And while it is appointed unto man once to die (Hebrews 9:27), there is no preset time we have to die. Scripture reveals that what we do or don't do either shortens or lengthens our time here.

"The fear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened." (Proverbs 10:27; see also Proverbs 3:1-2, Isaiah 38:5, Psalm 55:23) "...For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased." (Proverbs 9:10-11)

There can be times in this life when you're tempted to quit and leave early. It's easier to just give up and stop fighting. You have to have a strong reason to keep fighting, so you can finish. That reason is God's plan and purpose. It's what we were created for. It's why we exist.

When we want what He wants and are working to accomplish what He desires, His full resources back us. He will sustain and support us when we are fully committed to accomplishing His will in the earth. "With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation." (Psalm 91:16)

Lord, I pray over all of our partners, that You will give them understanding and wisdom as to how they may redeem and use their remaining strength and days for Your highest and best purposes.

There'll be plenty of time after this life to rest from our labors and enjoy our rewards. For now, there are only a very few days left to finish the work and reach those He seeks. Thank you for joining with us to accomplish this.
